Bay Mills Riverview Park
Scenic Byway/Bay Mills Area
Birding Information
At this community park, view raptors, waterfowl, and even hummingbirds following the Great Lakes sand dune shoreline. Mergansers, scaup, goldeneyes, horned and red-necked grebes, and even the rare scoter may be seen. Watch the antics of shoreline birds such as killdeer, sandpipers, and plovers playing in the surf. These locations offer great views of the upper St Mary's River and Lake Superior. They are excellent migration hotspots.
Area Information
